Notify Account Events
The following images show how an account event is created in Customer Service when a Notify communication is processed for a delinquent notice.
A utility account is configured to receive Notify communications through email:
Utility Management > Customer Service > Account > Edit Associated Customer
The account is selected for delinquent processing:
Utility Management > Delinquencies > Delinquent Processing > Maintain
Delinquencies are posted with Notify:
Utility Management > Delinquencies > Delinquent Processing > Post > Post & Notify
The Notify event is added to the account:
Utility Management > Customer Service > Account > Events
Notify messages may be tested before actually being sent by enabling the Suppress switch in Notify Configuration Settings in the Management Console:
Management Console > New World ERP > 3-Dot Menu > Configuration Settings > Notify > Gear Icon > Authentication Tab
